SGWAV ( Singapore Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle )

We are specialists in wheelchair transportation, our fleet of vehicles is all fitted with hydraulic lifters for the smooth boarding of wheelchair-bound passengers.

On board, the vehicles are also fitted with proper tie-down lashing gear and tensioning belts to secure the wheelchair to ensure passengers' safety during the transfer.

For the vast majority of hotels, airports and cruise centre transfers, the large space on board that originally design to park the wheelchair is perfect for housing excess baggage and odd-size baggage.

SGWAV service is available from 8 am - 10 pm. Monday through Saturday. (Nighttime and Sunday transportation are also available for advance booking.)

1) How can I make a reservation for wheelchair transport?

Ans: SMS, WhatsApp or call us @ (65) 8189 6233.

2) How much notice do you need to schedule a pickup?

Ans: please book 3 days in advance.

3) Do you accept last-minute bookings/ same-day bookings?

Ans: yes. If time-slot and vehicle are available, we can accept a last-minute booking.

4) Can you provide transportation to medical appointments and other locations?

Ans: yes, we also provide transportation for other events, like wedding dinners, family outings and etc.

5) Do you offer round-trip transportation services?

Ans: Yes

6) Are your vehicles equipped with ramps or lifts for wheelchair access?

Ans: Yes, all our vehicles are fitted with hydraulic lifter for easy boarding

7) Can family members or caregivers ride along with the passenger in a wheelchair?

Ans: Yes.

2 pax, max can sit up to 7 pax ( additional surcharge applied for more than 2 accompanying person)

8) How to make payment?

Ans: By cash or paynow. When making booking.
